Precision Manufacturing, Fully Traceable
From raw material to finished product — every Belparts hydraulic component is manufactured, tested, and traced under one integrated quality system.
Raw Material & Heat Treatment
All core components are forged from high-strength alloy steel (42CrMo grade), hardened to HRC 58-62 through carburizing (depth 0.8-1.3mm) and induction hardening (12-24 hours). Every incoming batch undergoes spectral analysis, Rockwell hardness testing, and flaw detection (UT/MPI) before entering production — with full raw-material-to- finished-product traceability.
Precision Machining
Our facility runs CNC turning centers, gear grinders, and honing equipment achieving dimensional accuracy within ±0.01mm. Key processes include mirror-polished cylinder block/valve plate honing for hydraulic pumps, and fully automated gear-cutting lines (rolling → chamfering → gear-cutting → cleaning) for travel and swing gearboxes. In 2016, Belparts imported 200 sets of advanced production and testing equipment from Germany and Japan, forming an Automated Dust-Free Hydraulic Components Workshop.
Workshops
- Automated Dust-Free Hydraulic Components Workshop — established 2016, dedied to hydraulic pump and swing motor production with automated production lines.
- Swing Bearing Workshop — produces swing bearings from 3-4 meters in diameter, meeting international standards.
- Reducer Workshop — specializing in travel reducers and swing reducers, known for high cost-performance ratio.
- Genuine Parts Remanufacturing Workshop — dedied to the professional remanufacturing and reconditioning of original excavator hydraulic components, including final Drive, main hydraulic pumps, main control valve and swing motors, restoring performance to OEM-grade standards.
- Digital Workshop — ongoing digital transformation to enhance production efficiency and traceability.
- 12,500Pumps Produced / Month
