Based on 75 years of trust and technology, the "LANDCROS" brand is embarking on a transformation towards its next century of growth. Hitachi Construction Machinery Corporation (Executive Director and President: Masafumi Senzaki, hereinafter referred to as "the Company") decided at its board meeting yesterday that, subject to approval at the shareholders' meeting scheduled for June 2026, the Company will officially change its name to "LANDCROS Corporation" (English name: LANDCROS Corporation) on April 1, 2027. Simultaneously, the Company will launch its new corporate brand "LANDCROS".
