The excavator swing motor is one of the core components in the hydraulic system of an excavator, primarily responsible for driving the upper structure (including the cab, boom, arm, etc.) to rotate 360 degrees. The performance of the swing motor directly affects the operational flexibility and work efficiency of the excavator.

The swing motor is driven by high-pressure hydraulic oil provided by the hydraulic system. When the operator manipulates the control lever, the hydraulic pump delivers high-pressure oil to the inlet of the swing motor, pushing the internal rotor to rotate. The rotation of the rotor is transmitted through the reduction mechanism to the swing bearing, thereby driving the upper structure of the excavator to rotate.
