The swing gearbox is the "power converter" and "stability controller" for excavators to achieve 360° continuous operation. On one hand, it undertakes the important task of power transmission, efficiently converting the energy of the hydraulic system into the rotational power of the swing platform to meet the swing needs in different scenarios such as excavation, loading, and dredging. On the other hand, its built-in buffer mechanism and braking system can suppress swing inertia, prevent the platform from "swinging" during emergency stop or slope operation, protect the materials in the bucket from spilling, and reduce the mechanical wear of the swing mechanism to extend the service life of the entire machine.
