In terms of function realization, the swing motor not only undertakes the role of power output but also has the functions of speed regulation and brake control. Through the flow control valve of the hydraulic system, the flow of hydraulic oil entering the motor can be adjusted to change the swing speed—large flow corresponds to high-speed swing, which is suitable for quickly adjusting the working position; small flow corresponds to low-speed swing, which is suitable for precise positioning (such as accurate unloading). In addition, the built-in brake device of the motor can quickly lock the output shaft when the oil supply is stopped, preventing the upper body from sliding due to inertia and ensuring operation safety.
