Think of them as the dynamic duo working together inside your hydraulic pump. Flow (GPM/LPM) is the volume of hydraulic oil the pump delivers per minute. It determines the speed of your hydraulic functions - how fast the boom raises, the arm curls, or the bucket dumps. More flow generally means faster cylinder and motor movement. Pressure (PSI/Bar), generated by the pump and regulated by the system, is the force behind that oil.
