The excavator hydraulic pump is the "power core" of the excavator's hydraulic system. Its core function is to convert the engine's mechanical energy into hydraulic energy, supplying pressure oil for operations such as digging, rotating, and lifting. Its usage should focus on three cores: proper operation, daily maintenance, and fault prediction to ensure stable system operation.

1,Warm up after startup: After starting the engine, let it idle for 3-5 minutes. Only operate when the hydraulic oil temperature rises above 20℃. Avoid sudden acceleration or rapid action switching when the machine is cold to prevent pump wear due to insufficient lubrication.

2,Smooth operation: Push the control lever slowly and avoid sudden load increases. For example, do not force digging in hard soil, and do not perform rapid rotation and boom lifting simultaneously to reduce instantaneous pressure impact on the pump.

3,Avoid long-term high-pressure idling: Do not run the pump under high pressure (e.g., full bucket suspended, digging stuck on hard rock) for more than 30 seconds. If the time is exceeded, relieve pressure first (e.g., retract the bucket, lower the boom) to prevent pump overheating and damage.
