Principle: As the core for excavator body rotation, the swing assembly first receives high-pressure oil from the hydraulic pump. The swing motor converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy, which is then transmitted to the built-in reduction mechanism. Through multi-stage gears, the mechanism reduces speed and increases torque, amplifying driving force before transferring it to the slewing ring to drive the upper body for 360° rotation, meeting the orientation adjustment needs during operation.

Regularly check the motor oil level and seal leakage, and clean the slewing ring gear surface to prevent wear from affecting rotation accuracy.
